Diamalteria Italiana has once again decided to participate in PMI Day for the 2024 edition, opening the doors of its facility and welcoming a large group of students from local schools.

Every year in October, numerous Alpine municipalities gather to celebrate the bread and food of the Alps in a cross-border event known as "Lo Pan Ner." For this occasion, ancient ovens are lit, traditional bread is baked and various activities related to the region are organized.

The global cocoa market is undergoing a major crisis leading to high price fluctuations. Climate change, ageing plantations, and financial speculation have driven cocoa prices to historically high levels, creating a situation with medium- to long-term effects. This scenario impacts not only chocolate producers but also everyone who has long relied on cocoa as a key ingredient in a wide range of products, from sweet-leavened goods to creams and fillings.
