PMI Day 2024: Diamalteria Italiana welcomes local students

The PMI DAY project, organized annually by the Small Industry Committee of the Confindustria association, is an important initiative to promote business culture and introduce younger generations to the key topics on which companies focus their efforts to build a future of development and collective well-being.

For the 2024 edition, Diamalteria Italiana has once again decided to take part in PMI Day, opening the doors of its facility and welcoming a large group of students from local schools. This is a valuable opportunity to introduce young people to our industry, the opportunities offered by the region, and the importance of collaboration between businesses and institutions.

During the visit, we discussed career orientation, showcased our production facilities, and shared our vision, based on innovation, social responsibility, and strong local roots. The enthusiasm and curiosity of the students in engaging with our experts reaffirmed the significance of such events.

We strongly believe that the growth of our region also depends on the involvement of SMEs in training new generations, making them not just workplaces but true strategic partners.
